Site privacy policy

This policy covers terpside.app, managed by Kevin Cerpa, a developer in Bolivia. The application's privacy is explained separately in Data privacy: https://terpside.app/en/data-privacy/

Contact and waitlist

The contact form asks for your name, email and message so we can answer your question. The waitlist asks only for your email to notify you about availability. Both also send your chosen language. The data is emailed to the Terpside team; these functions do not store it in a database. The message does remain in the email inbox. Do not include patient data or call conversations.

Payments

Lemon Squeezy handles purchases and the data needed for payment and invoicing as merchant of record. This site's forms do not collect your card details. See its privacy policy: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

Cookies and language

The site uses no first-party cookies and has no analytics enabled. It saves your language preference in your browser's local storage; you can clear it in your browser. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it does not use cookies. External services, such as Lemon Squeezy checkout, have their own policies.

Questions and removal

To ask about your data, request deletion of your message or stop receiving availability notices, email soporte@terpside.app from the address you used. Purchase data retained by Lemon Squeezy is subject to its policy and applicable legal duties.

Hosting and retention

The site is served from Cloudflare, which like any host logs requests (IP address, page, time) for a limited period for security and technical statistics. Contact-form messages and waitlist emails are kept in the support inbox for as long as needed to reply or notify you, and at most twelve months; you can ask for earlier deletion by writing to soporte@terpside.app.
