Site privacy policy

Contact and waitlist
The contact form asks for your name, email and message so we can answer your question. The waitlist asks only for your email to notify you about availability; the Mac list also asks, if you choose to answer, whether your call platform runs in the browser or is an installed program. The news list asks only for your email so we can write when a new version is out or there is an offer; unsubscribe by replying “unsubscribe” or writing to soporte@terpside.app. Both also send your chosen language. The data is emailed to the Terpside team; these functions do not store it in a database. The message does remain in the email inbox. Do not include patient data or call conversations.
Trial voucher
To issue the 5-day trial, the Trial page sends the computer code that Terpside shows. That code is a one-way summary (hash) of your Windows installation's identifier, not the identifier itself. It is stored together with the voucher issued, so the same computer does not get two trials and asking again returns the same voucher. If the page was opened from Terpside, it also sends a one-way summary of the computer's motherboard identifier (not the identifier itself), used only so that changing or reinstalling the Windows identifier does not give another trial; it is stored together with the summary of the computer code, is not used for anything else and is deleted with it. No name, email or any other data is requested or stored; to have it deleted, write to soporte@terpside.app with the code.
Payments
Paddle, as merchant of record, handles purchases and the data needed for payment and invoicing, and is responsible for it on its own account. This site does not collect your card details. Its privacy policy is linked at checkout and on your receipt.
Purchases and licenses
When you buy, the checkout page sends Paddle the computer code that Terpside shows (the same one-way summary used for the trial), so the license is tied to that computer. Paddle notifies us of the purchase, its renewals, cancellations and refunds. We store the identifier of the subscription and its payments, the plan, the number of computers, how long it is paid for, the computer codes and a purchase code (to add computers to a Business plan). When Terpside renews its license by itself, we receive the computer code and the program version; we do not store them separately. We also receive an email with the subscription identifier, plan, status and number of computers, without codes. We do not store your name, your email or the payment details: Paddle has them. They are kept while the subscription exists and as long as accounting requires; to have them deleted, write to soporte@terpside.app.
Cookies and language
The site uses no first-party cookies. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which gives aggregate figures without cookies and without identifying you. If you arrive from an ad, it keeps only the campaign name in the tab's storage (cleared when you close it) and, when you click download, install, Chrome or buy, adds one to a per-campaign count; that count does not store your IP, your browser or anything that identifies you. It saves your language preference in your browser's local storage; you can clear it in your browser. The purchase page loads Paddle's checkout, which may use its own cookies under its policy.
Questions and removal
To ask about your data, request deletion of your message or stop receiving availability notices, email soporte@terpside.app from the address you used. Purchase data retained by the payment provider is subject to its policy and applicable legal duties.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or receive a copy. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Hosting and retention
The site is served from Cloudflare, which like any host logs requests (IP address, page, time) for a limited period for security and technical statistics. Contact-form messages and waitlist emails are kept in the support inbox for as long as needed to reply or notify you, and at most twelve months; you can ask for earlier deletion by writing to soporte@terpside.app.
Why, with whom and where
We use this data only for what is described above: to answer your question or notify you, because you ask; to give you the trial and the license and prevent repeat trials, to do what you ask and in our legitimate interest in preventing abuse; and to keep accounts, as the law requires. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. It is processed on our behalf by Cloudflare (hosting, forms, email delivery, cookie-free analytics and storage of vouchers and licenses) and Google (the support inbox, in Gmail). Paddle processes payment data as an independent controller. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, with the safeguards set out in their terms.
