Payment questions

What happens when the trial ends?

Terpside switches to Free and keeps working: everything except Critical Data Guard, with 60 minutes of use a day that reset at midnight, using your computer's local time. The session history stays in memory until you close the app. Pro removes the limit.

What if my subscription expires during the workday?

It warns you in the bar and keeps working: no cut-off mid-call. You have time to renew; when you do, you get a new key and paste it in the same place.

Do I need an account?

No. After payment, you receive a license key by email. Paste it into Settings → License, and the app verifies it locally, without a network connection.

Can I switch computers?

Yes. A Pro license covers one computer at a time. Contact us for help switching computers.

How does Terpside count the Free plan minutes?

While capture is on, minute by minute, like a clock. The bar shows how many are left today. When they run out, capture stops and tells you; at midnight it comes back on its own, and if you activate Pro it comes back instantly without restarting.
