Refund policy

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchasing Terpside. This period is separate from the 14-day free trial.

How to request a refund

Email soporte@terpside.app with your Lemon Squeezy order number, preferably from the email address used for the purchase. We will help process it with Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment as merchant of record. Do not send card details or call content. The time for the money to arrive depends on the payment method.

How to cancel your subscription

Open the subscription management link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt and cancel renewal. If you cannot find the link, email soporte@terpside.app with your order number. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not by itself request a refund of a payment already made.

What happens to the key

When you cancel, the key stops renewing at the end of the paid period. If the purchase is refunded, you are no longer entitled to the license for the refunded period and the key will not be renewed. This does not remotely erase the program or your data. This policy does not limit your mandatory legal rights.
